A few quick notes that save time:
- For an order question, please include your order number.
- For returns, please don't send the parcel here. Returns go to one of our courier offices — the addresses are in our Refund Policy.
- Workshop visits are by appointment only. Email us first if you'd like to pick up an order in person.
