Shipping policy

All orders ship from our workshop in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. We deliver across Bulgaria and the European Union.

Processing time

Orders placed before 14:00 EET on a business day are typically packed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends, Bulgarian public holidays, or after 14:00 are processed the next business day.

For Cash on Delivery orders (Bulgaria only), we'll briefly confirm the order by phone or SMS before dispatch — this prevents wrong addresses and saves you and the courier a wasted trip.

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

Delivery times are typical estimates and depend on your country. Germany, Romania, Greece, and Italy typically receive in 3–5 days; Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Finland may take 5–7 days.

Shipping is charged separately from the product price; both are shown clearly at checkout.

Cash on delivery (Bulgaria only)

You can pay the courier when your parcel arrives, in cash or by card (Speedy and Econt both accept card-on-delivery at no extra fee). You may inspect the contents before paying — this is standard practice in Bulgaria.

Cash on delivery is not available outside Bulgaria. EU customers please pay at checkout (card, PayPal, or Klarna).

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel leaves us. You can track:

If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please email us at sharm.collection.bg@gmail.com.

Late or missing parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking link — sometimes deliveries are attempted and the courier leaves a notice
  2. Check with your local courier office (especially in Bulgaria — parcels often go to the closest office for pickup)
  3. Email us at sharm.collection.bg@gmail.com with your order number — we'll investigate

We'll consider a parcel lost only after the courier confirms it cannot be located. If lost in transit, we will reship the item or refund your order at your choice.

Damaged parcels

Please inspect your parcel on delivery before signing. If the box shows visible damage:

  • In Bulgaria with COD: refuse the parcel or open it with the courier present
  • Other deliveries: photograph the box before opening, then contact us within 48 hours

We will arrange replacement or full refund (including all shipping costs) for items damaged during transit.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address before reshipping. The customer pays the additional shipping cost for reshipments caused by incorrect addresses.

If you spot an address mistake immediately after placing the order, email us at sharm.collection.bg@gmail.com right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll correct it for free.

Customs and duties

All shipments within the European Union are duty-free under the EU single market — no customs charges apply.

We don't currently ship to countries outside the EU. If we add such destinations in the future, customs and duties (if applicable) will be the customer's responsibility.
