Sharm Collection EOOD is not registered for VAT under Article 96 of the Bulgarian VAT Act (operating as micro-business). No VAT is charged at checkout. Prices displayed are final amounts payable.

We hold a limited VAT registration under Article 97a of the Bulgarian VAT Act for the purpose of receiving cross-border services from EU suppliers (e.g. advertising platforms) under the reverse charge mechanism. This registration does not apply to outgoing sales.
